Description: For years the owners and operators of Hacienda Pozo Azul, the Quintana family, have been horse lovers and active participants of horse rides throughout the country. What they offer you is their knowledge, experience and their high quality horses to assure you an unforgettable experience and the best way to truly get to know this beautiful country and enjoy their people. We operate a first class adventure operation, but horses are our specialty. We have been breading horses for our own use for tree generations, using the spirited, soft riding Costa Rican Paso horses and the strong and Spanish Andalusian horses, and lately quarter horses. Presently we are using more than 60 very well chosen horses.
