Aventuras del Sarapiqui

Description: Es una sección muy tranquila e ideal para observar la naturaleza, muchas aves, el bosque y animales como iguanas, monos y cocodrilos. Además, ofrecemos la opción de realizar el viaje en una balsa de “remo fijo”, es decir, donde solamente el guía maneja la balsa cos dos remos largos y fijos, para que así las personas que van en la balsa tengan la posibilidad de disfrutar mejor del paisaje y utilizar sus telescopios, binoculares e incluso el libro de aves, cuando se trata de grupos especializados en Bird Watching.

Aguas Bravas

Located: Sarapiqui

Description: This 7.5 miles tour will be done between the small communities of Chilamate and Puerto Viejo. It is special for birds watchers, tropical jungle admirers and good for people of all ages, even for little children. Previous experience is not required. We have rowing and motor boats which permit tourists enjoy the trip silently without disturbing the animals while they have tropical fruit and make pictures of the incredible landscape.

Adventure Tours (Hacienda Guachipelín)

Located: Rincón de la Vieja National Park, Pailas sector, north Guanacaste.

Description: After a 45 minute horseback ride through the dry forest, we get to the changing rooms, where we can get ready to go tubing. After a short walk, we get to the base of La Victoria Waterfall, to receive a short safety breafing. Then each one gets his own personal round raft, to get his adrenaline pumping as he rides the white water rapids in the Rio Negro, for an hour and a half. Then we go to the changing rooms and get the horses to go back to the lodge.

Safaris Corobici

Located: Las Pumas Farm, Cañas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Description: Except for a few riffles, this gentle river has no whitewater. In addition, our trained guides row the boat - there is no need for you to paddle; soon... you can just relax and enjoy your trip on the river! There are several places to swim, so remember to bring your bathing suit, hat, camera, binoculars and sunscreen. The river is bordered by a tropical dry forest where you will see towering trees including the Ceiba, Palm, Mahogany and the Costa Rica national tree, the Guanacaste.

Howler and white faced monkeys, 3 species of Iguanas, Otters, Coatis and small, Cayman Crocodiles all make their home along the shores of the Corobici in Costa Rica.
