Description: Three
integrated artificial lakes have been built, comprising
approximately 8,000 m2.
The major lake is used for boat tours and outdoor shows. Visitors
can go trout fishing in one of the lakes, and take the fished
trout to the cleaning station where they are weighted, and packed
according to the clients' preference. If preferred, trout can be
made at the restaurant following your favorite recipe. Our fishing
complex has its own rainbow trout farm, one of the salmonidae
species whose culture has increased in many parts of the world due
to its quality and delicious flavor. A large variety of dishes can
be made with trout fish, including the simplest way - with salt
and lemon-, and the most sophisticated gourmet recipes. Search for
